Park Rules

• 
  We welcome your pets, however, bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside the owners’ RV. Please do not leave the tethered dog unattended.
  
• 
  The speed limit is 10 mph.
  
• 
  Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  
• 
  Checkout time is 12:00 Noon.
  
• 
  No washing of vehicles; hoses are for watering the grass, flowers, and trees.
  
• 
  No clotheslines allowed.
  
• 
  Off-road vehicles cannot be ridden in the park (ATV’s etc.).
  
• 
  No open fires; BBQ Grills only.
  
• 
  No smoking in the laundry room and showers. Please, no dog blankets or large rugs in machines. No dying of clothes.
  
• 
  Tents allowed in tent spaces only.
  
• 
  Monthly rates will not be refunded or prorated if you should leave before the term you paid for.
  
• 
  $30 Fee for returned checks.
